This patch removes all of the Set.* methods from Status.
This cleanup is part of a series of patches that make it harder use the
anti-pattern of keeping a long-lives Status object around and updating
it while dropping any errors it contains on the floor.
This patch is largely NFC, the more interesting next steps this enables
is to:
1. remove Status.Clear()
2. assert that Status::operator=() never overwrites an error
3. remove Status::operator=()
Note that step (2) will bring 90% of the benefits for users, and step
(3) will dramatically clean up the error handling code in various
places. In the end my goal is to convert all APIs that are of the form

How to read this patch?
The interesting changes are in Status.h and Status.cpp, all other
changes are mostly

plus the occasional manual cleanup.

Previously lldb was using arrays of size kMaxRegisterByteSize to handle
registers. This was set to 256 because the largest possible register
we support is Arm's scalable vectors (SVE) which can be up to 256 bytes long.
This means for most operations aside from SVE, we're wasting 192 bytes
of it. Which is ok given that we don't have to pay the cost of a heap
alocation and 256 bytes isn't all that much overall.
With the introduction of the Arm Scalable Matrix extension there is a new
array storage register, ZA. This register is essentially a square made up of
SVE vectors. Therefore ZA could be up to 64kb in size.

99% of operations will never touch ZA and making every stack frame 64kb+ just
for that slim chance is a bad idea.
Instead I'm switching register handling to use SmallVector with a stack allocation
size of kTypicalRegisterByteSize. kMaxRegisterByteSize will be used in places
where we can't predict the size of register we're reading (in the GDB remote client).
The result is that the 99% of small register operations can use the stack
as before and the actual ZA operations will move to the heap as needed.
I tested this by first working out -wframe-larger-than values for all the
libraries using the arrays previously. With this change I was able to increase
kMaxRegisterByteSize to 256*256 without hitting those limits. With the
exception of the GDB server which needs to use a max size buffer.

Most of the paths to this never passed nullptr intentionally. Those
that possibly could have were assuming it was not null elsehwere,
so would have crashed.
I've added asserts in those cases.
At least one case was relying on GetAsMemoryData to return an error
when it was given nullptr. So I've hoisted that error setting code
out into the caller.

Currently, lldb-server was opening the executable file to determine the
process architecture (to differentiate between 32 and 64 bit
architecture flavours). This isn't a particularly trustworthy source of
information (the file could have been changed since the process was
started) and it is not always available (file could be deleted or
otherwise inaccessible).
Unfortunately, ptrace does not give us a direct API to access the
process architecture, but we can still infer it via some of its
responses -- given that the general purpose register set of 64-bit
applications is larger [citation needed] than the GPR set of 32-bit
ones, we can just ask for the application GPR set and check its size.

Summary:
A *.cpp file header in LLDB (and in LLDB) should like this:

However in LLDB most of our source files have arbitrary changes to this format and
these changes are spreading through LLDB as folks usually just use the existing
source files as templates for their new files (most notably the unnecessary
editor language indicator `-*- C++ -*-` is spreading and in every review
someone is pointing out that this is wrong, resulting in people pointing out that this
is done in the same way in other files).
This patch removes most of these inconsistencies including the editor language indicators,
all the different missing/additional '-' characters, files that center the file name, missing
trailing `===//` (mostly caused by clang-format breaking the line).

Summary:
This change increases the offset of MPX registers (by 128) so they
do not overlap with the offset associated with AVX registers. That was
causing MPX data in GDBRemoteRegisterContext::m_reg_data to get overwritten.

Summary:
This patch follows the spirit of D63594, and removes some null checks
for things which should be operating invariants. Specifically
{Read,Write}[GF]PR now no longer check whether the supplied buffers are
null, because they never are. After this, the Do*** versions of these
function no longer serve any purpose and are inlined into their callers.
Other cleanups are possible here too, but I am taking this one step at a
time because this involves a lot of architecture-specific code, which I
don't have the hardware to test on (I did do a build-test though).

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.
Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

These three classes have no external dependencies, but they are used
from various low-level APIs. Moving them down to Utility improves
overall code layering (although it still does not break any particular
dependency completely).
The XCode project will need to be updated after this change.

Summary:
This commit removes the concrete_frame_idx member from
NativeRegisterContext and related functions, which was always set to
zero and never used.
I also change the native thread class to store a NativeRegisterContext
as a unique_ptr (documenting the ownership) and make sure it is always
initialized (most of the code was already blindly dereferencing the
register context pointer, assuming it would always be present -- this
makes its treatment consistent).

Summary:
These functions used to return bool to signify whether they were able to
retrieve the data. This is redundant because the ArchSpec and ByteOrder
already have their own "invalid" states, *and* because both of the
current implementations (linux, netbsd) can always provide a valid
result.
This allows us to simplify bits of the code handling these values.

Summary:
The usage of shared_from_this forces us to separate construction and
initialization phases, because shared_from_this() is not available in
the constructor (or destructor). The shared semantics are not necessary,
as we always have a clear owner of the native process class
(GDBRemoteCommunicationServerLLDB object). Even if we need shared
semantics in the future (which I think we should strongly avoid),
reverting this will not be necessary -- the owners can still easily
store the native process object in a shared pointer if they really want
to -- this just prevents the knowledge of that from leaking into the
class implementation.
After this a NativeThread object will hold a reference to the parent
process (instead of a weak_ptr) -- having a process instance always
available allows us to simplify some logic in this class (some of it was
already simplified because we were asserting that the process is
available, but this makes it obvious).

This renames the LLDB error class to Status, as discussed
on the lldb-dev mailing list.
A change of this magnitude cannot easily be done without
find and replace, but that has potential to catch unwanted
occurrences of common strings such as "Error". Every effort
was made to find all the obvious things such as the word "Error"
appearing in a string, etc, but it's possible there are still
some lingering occurences left around. Hopefully nothing too
serious.

Firstly, merging this particular commit into a downstream fork may be a huge
effort. Alternatively, it may be worth merging all changes up to this commit,
performing the same reformatting operation locally, and then discarding the
merge for this particular commit. The commands used to accomplish this
reformatting were as follows (with current working directory as the root of
the repository):

Summary:
This changes PtraceWrapper to return an Error, while the actual result is in an pointer parameter
(instead of the other way around). Also made a couple of PtraceWrapper arguments default to zero.
This arrangement makes a lot of the code much simpler.
Test Plan: Tests pass on linux. It compiles on android arm64/mips64.

Summary:
This removes a lot of boilerplate, which was needed to execute monitor operations. Previously one
needed do declare a separate class for each operation which would manually capture all needed
arguments, which was very verbose. In addition to less code, I believe this also makes the code
more readable, since now the implementation of the operation can be physically closer to the code
that invokes it.
Test Plan: Code compiles on x86, arm and mips, tests pass on x86 linux.

This change reorganize the register read/write code inside lldb-server on Linux
with moving the architecture independent code into a new class called
NativeRegisterContextLinux and all of the architecture dependent code into the
appropriate NativeRegisterContextLinux_* class. As part of it the compilation of
the architecture specific register contexts are only compiled on the specific
architecture because they can't be used in other cases.
The purpose of this change is to remove a lot of duplicated code from the different
register contexts and to remove the architecture dependent codes from the global
NativeProcessLinux class.
