[Driver] Support -Wa,--defsym similar to -Wa,-defsym
When the integrated assembler is enabled, clangDriver implements a small
set of popular -Wa, options. "-defsym" is implemented
(https://reviews.llvm.org/D26213), but the more common "--defsym" is
not. Support "--defsym".
