Revert "[LowerMemIntrinsics] Use correct alignment in residual loop for variable llvm.memcpy" (#98295)
Reverts llvm/llvm-project#97998
This seems to cause a buildbot failure on clang-hip-vega20, in the HIP
test-suite, need to investigate.
