[X86] combineSelect - Fold select(pcmpeq(and(X,Pow2),0),A,B) -> select(pcmpeq(and(X,Pow2),Pow2),B,A)
Matches what we already do in LowerVSETCC to reuse an existing constant
Fixes #110875
