[clang][x86] Missing `AVX512VP2INTERSECT` flag (#111435)
This patch adds support for detecting the `AVX512VP2INTERSECT` ISA extension.
It's useful for Intel Tiger Lake mobile CPUs and any Zen 5 AMD CPUs.
No functional changes yet, just defining the feature flag.
