[DAGCombiner] visitFREEZE: Early exit when N is deleted (#128161)
`N` may get merged with existing nodes inside the loop. Early exit when
it is deleted to avoid the crash.
Alternative solution: use `DAGNodeDeletedListener` to refresh the value
of N.
