[LLDB][LoongArch] Add unittests for EmulateInstructionLoongArch
Add unit tests For EmulateInstructionLoongArch existing branch instruction.
Add 19 test cases in total.
Without this patch:
```
$ ninja check-lldb-unit

```
With this patch:
