Revert "[X86][SSE] lowerShuffleAsBitRotate - lower to vXi8 shuffles to ROTL on pre-SSSE3 targets"
This reverts commit 11c16e71598d51f15b4cfd0f719c4dabcc0bebf7 because it
causes a crash in chromium code. See
