[flang][OpenMP] Parse AFFINITY clause, lowering not supported yet (#113485)
Implement parsing of the AFFINITY clause on TASK construct, conversion
from the parser class to omp::Clause.
Lowering to HLFIR is unsupported, a TODO message is displayed.
