Revert "[MachineScheduler] Track physical register dependencies per-regunit"
This reverts commit 1a54671d5405a39de362e9692ce963c0638023bc.
It was causing lit test failures in a LLVM_ENABLE_EXPENSIVE_CHECKS
build.
