[flang] Fix BoxAnalyzer.h for LLVM_ENABLE_EXPENSIVE_CHECKS (#96675)
Fixes assert seen trying to use default number of inlined elements for
`SmallVector<T>` but `sizeof(T)` is really big. Seen with
-DLLVM_ENABLE_EXPENSIVE_CHECKS.
