[PowerPC] Fix a warning
This patch fixes:
llvm/lib/Target/PowerPC/PPCSelectionDAGInfo.h:25:3: error:
'EmitTargetCodeForMemcmp' overrides a member function but is not
marked 'override' [-Werror,-Winconsistent-missing-override]
