[NVPTX] Remove nvvm.bitcast.* intrinsics (#107936)
Remove the following intrinsics which correspond directly to a bitcast:
- llvm.nvvm.bitcast.f2i
- llvm.nvvm.bitcast.i2f
- llvm.nvvm.bitcast.d2ll
- llvm.nvvm.bitcast.ll2d
