[AMDGPU] Use SDNodeXForm to select a few VOP3P modifiers, NFC (#151907)
It is not necessary to use ComplexPattern to select VOP3PModsNeg, VOP3PModsNegs
and VOP3PModsNegAbs. We can use SDNodeXForm instead.
