[NFC][InstCombine] `vector_reduce_xor(?ext(<n x i1>))` --> `?ext(vector_reduce_add(<n x i1>))`
Instead of expanding it ourselves,
we can just forward to `?ext(vector_reduce_add(<n x i1>))`, as per alive2:
