[LLVM][NVPTX] Add support for brkpt instruction (#104470)
This commit adds NVPTX codegen support for brkpt instruction
(https://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/parallel-thread-execution/#miscellaneous-instructions-brkpt)
with test under CodeGen/NVPTX/brkpt.ll
