[clang-tidy] Fix bugs in misc-coroutine-hostile-raii check (#167947)
1. Handle transformed awaitables for `AllowedCallees`, which generate
temporaries and weren't being handled by #167778.
1. Fix name mismatches in `storeOptions`.
