math: Remove xfail from pow test [BZ #33563]
Remove xfail from pow testcase since pow and powf have been fixed. Also check float128 maximum value. See BZ #33563. Reviewed-by: Adhemerval Zanella <adhemerval.zanella@linaro.org>
