eh_arm.cc (__cxa_type_match): Handle foreign exceptions.
* libsupc++/eh_arm.cc (__cxa_type_match): Handle foreign
exceptions.
* libsubpc++/eh_personality.cc: Don't try to set up foreign or
forced unwind types here when using the ARM EABI unwinder.
