bfin.c (print_operand): New modifier 'N' for constants.
* config/bfin/bfin.c (print_operand): New modifier 'N' for constants.
* config/bfin/bfin.md (ssashiftv2hi3, ssashifthi3, lshiftv2hi3,
lshifthi3): Use it, and fix the order of alternatives.
