tree.c (make_vector_type): Properly compute canonical type of the main variant.
* tree.c (make_vector_type): Properly compute canonical type of the
main variant.
(verify_type): Verify that TYPE_CANONICAL of TYPE_MAIN_VARIANT is
a main variant.
