[compiler-rt][profile] Add support for LLVM profile for Haiku (#107575)
Haiku uses typical UNIX interfaces.
All tests pass except
instrprof-error.c
Posix/gcov-dlopen.c
Posix/gcov-destructor.c
Posix/instrprof-dlopen-norpath.test
