[lldb] [gdb-remote] Report QPassSignals and qXfer via extensions API
Remove hardcoded platform list for QPassSignals, qXfer:auxv:read
and qXfer:libraries-svr4:read and instead query the process plugin
via the GetSupportedExtensions() API.
