- Change `Name`, `SubopNames`, `PrinterMethodName`, and
`EncoderMethodNames` to be stored as StringRef.
- Also changed `CheckComplexPatMatcher::Name` to StringRef as a fallout
from the above.

Verified that all the tablegen generated files within LLVM are
unchanged.</content>
