DenseSet recently gained a range constructor:

  DenseSet&lt;T&gt; Dest(llvm::from_range, Src);

This patch adds the same signature to SmallSetVector for consistency.</content>

Use a SetVector to store blocks in a cycle to ensure a quick loop-up when
querying whether the cycle contains a given block. This is along the same lines
as the SmallPtrSet in LoopBase, introduced by commit
be640b28c0cb81b77015baaef20ca2941fc61dea.

To make this work, we also enhance SetVector to support vector operations with
pointers and set operations with const pointers in the same container.

to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

This is a recommit of r264414 after fixing the buildbot failure caused by
incompatible use of std::vector.erase().

The original message:

Add erase() which returns an iterator pointing to the next element after the
erased one. This makes it possible to erase selected elements while iterating
over the SetVector :
  while (I != E)
    if (test(*I))
      I = SetVector.erase(I);
    else
      ++I;
