[XCore,test] Change llc -march= to -mtriple=

Similar to 806761a7629df268c8aed49657aeccffa6bca449

-mtriple= specifies the full target triple while -march= merely sets the
architecture part of the default target triple (e.g. Windows, macOS),
leaving a target triple which may not make sense.

Therefore, -march= is error-prone and not recommended for tests without a target
triple. The issue has been benign as we recognize xcore-apple-darwin as ELF instead
of rejecting it outrightly.

If a function returns a large struct by value return the first 4 words
in registers and the rest on the stack in a location reserved by the
caller. This is needed to support the xC language which supports
functions returning an arbitrary number of return values. This is
r202397 reapplied with a fix to avoid an uninitialized read of a member.

Mass update to CodeGen tests to use CHECK-LABEL for labels corresponding to function definitions for more informative error messages. No functionality change and all updated tests passed locally.
