The LIT test cases were migrated with the script provided by
Nikita Popov. Due to the size of the change it is split into
several parts.

<title>[AIX] Enable int128 in 64 bit mode</title>

This patch remove the override in AIX target,
so the int128 is enabled in 64 bit mode or with ForceEnableInt128.

Check the legality of ISD::[US]MULO to see whether
Intrinsic::[us]mul_with_overflow will legalize into a function call (and, thus,
will use the CTR register).  Fixes PR32485.
