Enable multiple COPY hints to eliminate more COPYs during register allocation.

Note that this is something all targets should do, see
https://reviews.llvm.org/D38128.

Introduced FSELECT node necesary when lowering ISD::SELECT
which has i32, f64, f64 as its operands.
SEL_D instruction required that its output and first operand
of a SELECT node, which it used, have matching types.
MTC1_D64 node introduced to aid FSELECT lowering.

This fixes machine verifier errors on following tests:
CodeGen/Mips/llvm-ir/select-dbl.ll
CodeGen/Mips/llvm-ir/select-flt.ll
CodeGen/Mips/select.ll

Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D35408

Use mask and negate for legalization of i1 source type with SIGN_EXTEND_INREG.
With the mask, this should be no worse than 2 shifts. The mask can be eliminated
in some cases, so that should be better than 2 shifts.

This change exposed some missing folds related to negation:
https://reviews.llvm.org/rL284239
https://reviews.llvm.org/rL284395

There may be others, so please let me know if you see any regressions.

This change follows up defaults for GCC and Clang, so LLVM does not differ
from them. While number of the test files are touched with this change, they
all keep the old (expected) behaviour with the explicit option:
"-relocation-model=pic"
The tests that have not been touched are insensitive to relocation model.

Essentially the same as the GEP change in r230786.

A similar migration script can be used to update test cases, though a few more
test case improvements/changes were required this time around: (r229269-r229278)

import fileinput
import sys
import re

pat = re.compile(r"((?:=|:|^)\s*load (?:atomic )?(?:volatile )?(.*?))(| addrspace\(\d+\) *)\*($| *(?:%|@|null|undef|blockaddress|getelementptr|addrspacecast|bitcast|inttoptr|\[\[[a-zA-Z]|\{\{).*$)")

for line in sys.stdin:
  sys.stdout.write(re.sub(pat, r"\1, \2\3*\4", line))
