2.x had ListType and StringTypes (https://docs.python.org/2.7/library/types.html),
3.x removed these (https://docs.python.org/3.0/library/types.html).

We can use "str" and "list" directly as in 3.x all strings are
just "str", and ListType was always an alias to "list".

This is an ongoing series of commits that are reformatting our Python
code. Reformatting is done with `black` (23.1.0).

If you end up having problems merging this commit because you have made
changes to a python file, the best way to handle that is to run `git
checkout --ours <yourfile>` and then reformat it with black.

RFC: https://discourse.llvm.org/t/rfc-document-and-standardize-python-code-style

Introduce three new stop reasons for fork, vfork and vforkdone events.
This includes server support for serializing fork/vfork events into
gdb-remote protocol. The stop infos for the two base events take a pair
of PID and TID for the newly forked process.

*** to conform to clang-format’s LLVM style. This kind of mass change has
*** two obvious implications:

Firstly, merging this particular commit into a downstream fork may be a huge
effort. Alternatively, it may be worth merging all changes up to this commit,
performing the same reformatting operation locally, and then discarding the
merge for this particular commit. The commands used to accomplish this
reformatting were as follows (with current working directory as the root of
the repository):

    find . \( -iname "*.c" -or -iname "*.cpp" -or -iname "*.h" -or -iname "*.mm" \) -exec clang-format -i {} +
    find . -iname "*.py" -exec autopep8 --in-place --aggressive --aggressive {} + ;

The version of clang-format used was 3.9.0, and autopep8 was 1.2.4.

Secondly, “blame” style tools will generally point to this commit instead of
a meaningful prior commit. There are alternatives available that will attempt
to look through this change and find the appropriate prior commit. YMMV.
