STATX_WRITE_ATOMIC/STATX_ATTR_WRITE_ATOMIC on the statx-generic.h
without updating the generic statx struct.

STATX_SUBVOL on the statx-generic.h without updating the
generic statx struct.

The commit 88a2cf6c4bab6e94a65e9c0db8813709372e9180 added
STATX_MNT_ID_UNIQUE on the statx-generic.h without updating the
generic statx struct.

Macros will automatically use the correct types, without
having to fiddle with internal glibc macros.  It's also
impossible to get the types wrong due to aliasing because
support_check_stat_fd and support_check_stat_path do not
depend on the struct stat* types.

The changes reveal some inconsistencies in tests.

I used these shell commands:

../glibc/scripts/update-copyrights $PWD/../gnulib/build-aux/update-copyright
(cd ../glibc && git commit -am"[this commit message]")

and then ignored the output, which consisted lines saying "FOO: warning:
copyright statement not found" for each of 7061 files FOO.

I then removed trailing white space from math/tgmath.h,
support/tst-support-open-dev-null-range.c, and
sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/strlen-vec.S, to work around the following
obscure pre-commit check failure diagnostics from Savannah.  I don't
know why I run into these diagnostics whereas others evidently do not.
