(setLength): Reformatted. (length): Use new getLength() of FileDescriptor. * java/io/natFileDescriptorEcos.cc (getLength): Renamed from length(). * java/io/natFileDescriptorPosix.cc (open): Implemented support for SYNC and DSYNC.
