(startObjectOutputStream): Create new RMIObjectOutputStream on top of 'dout'. * gcc/libjava/gnu/java/rmi/server/UnicastConnectionManager.java: (UnicastConnectionManager): Throw RemoteException if port is not available. (getInstance): Throw RemoteException.
