	* Makefile.in (site.exp): Always set HAVE_LIBSTDCXX_V3.

	(__valarray_sum, __valarray_product): New helper functions.
	(_Array&lt;&gt;::free_data): Remove.

	* std/std_valarray.h (valarray&lt;&gt;::product): Remove.
