	* fixfixes.c (check_has_inc): New static function.
	  (machine_name_fix): Don't replace header names in
	  __has_include(...).
	* inclhack.def (machine_name): Adjust test.
	* tests/base/testing.h: Update.

pz_tmp_base and pz_tmp_dot are always set, but used only when
_PC_NAME_MAX is defined.

This patch moves their declaration and definition undef #ifdef
_PC_NAME_MAX to avoid this warning.

	can run the test suite with two-process fixincludes.

	* configure.ac: Add --enable-twoprocess.  Export ac_exeext
	to config.h.  Default to --enable-twoprocess for MinGW32.
	* config.h.in: Regenerate.
	* configure: Regenerate.
